Refund Policy

1. Cancellations before runner acceptance

You may cancel your order at any time before a runner accepts it. When you cancel at this stage, a full refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayNow via Stripe).

Automatic refunds typically appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. After a runner accepts

Once a runner has accepted your order, cancellation is no longer available through the app. The runner is already on their way to collect your food.

If you have an urgent issue after a runner has accepted, please contact us immediately at halfwayhungryadmin@gmail.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong items or your order is incomplete, please contact us at halfwayhungryadmin@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and process a partial or full refund as appropriate.

4. How refunds work

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
  • Payments are processed via Stripe (PayNow)
  • Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery fees are included in the refund when the order is cancelled before runner acceptance
